Who We Are

Shenzhen Xiaoman Technology Co., LTD. (abbreviated as Xiaoman Technology) was founded in March 2013. Since its establishment, Xiaoman Technology has introduced SaaS, which is based on cloud computing infrastructure, into the field of CRM (customer relationship management), and taken the lead in applying big data and artificial intelligence technology to create more value for the clients/users. Within a short few years, Xiaoman has grown into an industry-leading CRM enterprise.

Xiaoman Technology, as a provider of intelligent CRM solutions, hopes to provide enterprise customers with services such as customer mining, marketing, sales management and transaction management, etc., to help enterprises effectively manage customer assets, automatically push forward the sales process, and realize efficient business operation and intelligent internal management. By now, Xiaoman Technology has served more than 10,000 customers, with more than 100,000 users. Our products have been used in more than 150 countries and regions worldwide.

With the strategic development of the company, Xiaoman Technology has been re-branded to OKKI in July 2019, in order to bring the business to the next level.

  • Get Angel round investment from Cloud Angel Fund. Jinyun CRM 2.0 was officially released.

  • The product was renamed Xiaoman CRM and released in Version 3.0. Get strategic investment from BIDLINK.

  • Xiaoman completed the round A financing from 01VC and Xiaoguang Wu, and the valuation is over 100 million yuan.

  • Xiaoman released Kuaifa5.0.

  • Xiaoman completed the A+ round financing from FORTUNE.

  • Xiaoman released CRM 6.0 and Sales Management 6.0.

  • Xiaoman completed the B round financing from QIMING VENTURE PARTNERS.

  • Xiaoman won “China's Top 100 Companies with the Most Investment Value in 2016” and “Best Enterprise Service Provider in 2016”.

  • Xiaoman released the big data product, Xiaoman Marketing. Xiaoman released the big data product, Xiaoman Discovery. Xiaoman released the whole process solution, CRM Plus.

  • Xiaoman was selected as a typical case of “SaaS Research Report of Chinese Enterprises 2017,” published by Erie Consulting. Xiaoman has been certified as a national high-tech enterprise.

  • Xiaoman completed the C round financing from ChinaGrowthCapital and QIMING VENTURE PARTNERS.

  • Taiwan Marketing Center was established.

  • Xiaoman released the first AI-capable product, Xiaoman AI. Xiaoman's desktop is online. Xiaoman was listed in “TOP50, Enterprise Service Products, 2018”.

  • Middle East Marketing Center was established. North American Marketing Center was established. Hong Kong Marketing Center was established.

  • Xiaoman rebrand itself as OKKI, and released three AI product solutions including OKKI Lite, OKKI Smart and OKKI Pro.
